Prosciutto Pear Bites

Ingredients:

-4 ounces prosciutto

-8 ounces Brie

-2 ripe pears

-1/2 cup arugula, chopped

-2 springs of thyme- more for garnish

-1 tsp olive oil (optional)

-1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Cut the prosciutto into 3rd’s 

  3. Cube Brie cheese

  4. Using a mini muffin tin, place the slices of prosciutto into each cup before adding one cup of brie into each. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. 

  5. As the prosciutto cups bake, dice your pear and chop arugula, and add to a small bowl. Lightly drizzle with olive oil, then add the thyme leaves and mix.

  6. Pull the cups out of the oven and add a small spoonful of pear salad into each one. 

  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with more thyme.
