Mini Dutch Babies
Customize with cheddar cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, whipped cream, syrup or fruit 🙂

Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup Flour
1tsp vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons of butter (divided into 12 muffin cups)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a blender, blend the milk, eggs, salt, and flour until smooth. Set aside.
Cut up the butter into 12 pieces that are similar in size and place each butter piece in the muffin cups of the muffin tins.
Place the muffin tins with butter in the cups in the preheated oven and melt the butter for 2-3 minutes. Listen for the sizzle. When you hear it, pull the pan out.
Once the butter is sizzling, fill the muffin cups about ½ full with batter quickly.
Return to the oven for 13-15 minutes. The edges should be browned, and the pancakes should be puffy.
Serve on a board with different toppings for everybody to customize their own plate!
