Creamy French Dressing
Yield: 1 & 1/2 cups

Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup cane sugar
1/4 red onion, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh cracked pepper
1/2 cup avocado oil (or a neutral-tasting oil)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a wide mouth, 16 ounce mason jar.
Blend with immersion blender. (If you don’t have an immersion blender a food processor will work just fine).
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
