House Hummus

I make this hummus weekly as a healthy dip option for my family

By: Elise Jesse

This is the hummus I make on repeat because it disappears from the fridge every single week. It’s ultra-creamy, bright with fresh lemon, and perfectly balanced with just enough garlic and warm spices. I love it because it comes together in minutes with pantry staples, but tastes like something you’d order at your favorite Mediterranean spot. Whether we’re scooping it up with pita, spreading it on sandwiches, or piling it onto snack plates, this hummus is a non-negotiable in our house.
