Miso Caramel Coffee Creamer

Ingredients for Miso caramel:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cane sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon white miso paste
Directions:
1. Add both sugars to a pot on medium heat and stir constantly until the sugars melt.
2. Once the sugars have melted, add butter 3 knobs at a time and stir until well incorporated.
3. Next, pour in 1/2 cup heavy cream in small increments (it bubbles up).
4. Add 1 tablespoon of white miso paste and mix well.
5. Allow the miso caramel to cool.
For creamer:
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1tsp vanilla extract or paste
1 cup miso caramel
Creamer Directions:
1. While the caramel cools, add heavy cream and milk into a
1-quart jar along with vanilla extract.
2. Add 1 cup of miso caramel and shake well.
3. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
