-1/2 cup cottage cheese

-2 ounces mozzarella

-2-3 spoonfuls of your favorite marinara sauce

-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-pinch of salt
-1/2 cup cooked chicken

-1/2 tablespoon bread crumbs

-Shredded Parmesan cheese on top


-Garnish with fresh parsley, basil, and red pepper flakes


1. In a single-serving oven-safe pan or ramekin, add cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara, seasonings, and mix until combined.
2. Next, mix in 1/2 cup of chicken, and top with cheese and bread crumbs.
3. Bake for 13 minutes and broil on high for 1.5 minutes.
4. Allow it to cool slightly before adding parsley, red pepper flakes, and basil.
